PEKK-CF (PolyEtherKetoneKetone with carbon fiber reinforcement) is a high-performance thermoplastic designed for SLS 3D printing. The incorporation of carbon fibers significantly enhances stiffness, tensile strength, and dimensional stability, while maintaining the chemical resistance, heat deflection properties, and lightweight characteristics of PEKK. Parts printed in PEKK-CF are suitable for functional prototypes, aerospace and automotive components, tooling, and other industrial applications that require superior mechanical performance and high-temperature endurance. The material delivers excellent layer adhesion and low warping in SLS processes, allowing complex geometries to be produced with consistent quality and reliability.
