Silicone resin for SLA 3D printing is an advanced, flexible photopolymer engineered to replicate the softness, elasticity, and resilience of molded silicone. When cured, it forms parts with a smooth, matte surface and a distinctly rubber-like feel, capable of bending, stretching, and compressing without cracking or tearing. SLA technology enables high detail accuracy, allowing the material to produce thin features, intricate channels, and complex geometries that are difficult or impossible to manufacture through traditional molding. This material is ideal for applications requiring flexibility, repeated deformation, and comfort, such as seals, gaskets, damping elements, wearable components, grips, and functional elastomer prototypes. It maintains consistent mechanical performance over many cycles, offering strong rebound and durability under load. Silicone resin provides a practical, rapid alternative to molded silicone by enabling the fabrication of soft, elastomeric parts directly from the printer, offering greater design freedom and faster iteration.
