TEPU 50A by Inkbit® is a soft, flexible polyurethane material engineered for applications requiring high elasticity and durability. With a Shore hardness of 50A, it offers a rubber-like feel and is ideal for soft-touch parts and components that undergo repeated stress. Printed using Inkbit’s Vision-Controlled Jetting (VCJ) technology, TEPU 50A delivers smooth surfaces and precise detail, even on complex geometries. It combines high elongation, tear resistance, and low compression set, ensuring parts maintain performance under dynamic loads. Suitable for seals, cushioning, wearable devices, and soft robotics, it provides reliable, repeatable results for both prototyping and end-use applications.
