HP® 3D HR PA 12 W is a versatile, high-performance nylon material optimized for Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) printing. It delivers strong, dimensionally stable parts with excellent impact, fatigue, and chemical resistance, suitable for functional prototypes, end-use components, and assemblies. Its high reusability reduces waste while maintaining consistent part quality, and its natural white color allows for easy post-processing or dyeing. Applications include housings, jigs and fixtures, industrial components, and functional prototypes.

Standard

Standard

19 colors

As-printed HP® 3D HR PA 12 W parts have a slightly textured, matte-white surface, typical of raw MJF nylon prints.

Electroplated

Electroplated

8 colors

Electroplating is a process where a thin layer of metal is applied to plastic surfaces to enhance durability, corrosion resistance, and electrical conductivity.

Polished

19 colors

A smooth, glossy surface achieved through mechanical tumbling, enhancing aesthetics and reducing surface roughness on MJF PA12 parts.

Shot Peened

Shot Peened

19 colors

Shot peening improves both the aesthetic and functional durability of the models, making them smoother and more resilient.

Vapor Smoothed

Vapor Smoothed

19 colors

Vapor smoothing uses a vaporized solvent to partially melt and blend the outer layer of a 3D print, significantly reducing visible layer lines to create a more uniform, sealed finish.
