Anti-Static Resin (ESD) is a specialized photopolymer formulated to provide electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection for components used around sensitive electronics. When printed with LCD/MSLA technology, the material produces rigid, high-precision parts with a uniform matte surface and excellent feature resolution. Its formulation incorporates conductive additives that create a controlled surface resistivity range, allowing the finished parts to safely dissipate electrical charges without generating sparks or damaging electronic assemblies. Despite its conductive properties, the resin maintains strong dimensional stability, low shrinkage, and clean edge definition, making it suitable for housings, jigs, brackets, grippers, trays, sensor mounts, and production tooling used in electronics manufacturing environments. The material is engineered for mechanical strength, thermal stability, and consistent electrical performance, though it is generally less flexible and slightly more brittle than standard engineering resins due to filler content.
